Today marks the continuation of our week-long feature on local small businesses. The first feature recognition is Kiskeya Farm Pikliz, a Hollywood, Fl based manufacturer of Pikliz. Pikliz is a condiment and staple of Haitian culture. Founded by culinary Chef, Dherlie Guirand, Kiskeya Farms Pikliz has become one of the fastest growing small businesses in South Florida.
